Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds and exchanges are at the discretion of the event organizer (Archbishop Hannan High School). All Ludus convenience fees are non-refundable. Contact events@hannanhigh.org for refund requests.
The are no refunds if you arrive after the posted curtain time.
General Policies
BOX OFFICE: The box office and lobby opens 1 hour prior to show time; doors open 30 minutes before show time.
NO LATE SEATING: For the safety of our cast and crew, late seating will not be allowed after the posted curtain time. Ushers or Directors will seat you when appropriate. Please allow time to arrive, show your tickets at the door, and find your seat prior to curtain.
NO PHOTOS OR VIDEO RECORDING: Video recording of this performance is strictly prohibited due to our licensing agreements. Photos and phones must be turned off an put away during the performance for the enjoyment of all of our patrons.
